2024 Satori Springs Vineyard Chardonnay

The Satori Springs Chardonnay is zesty, racy, joyful, and decidedly pear-forward. If you’re looking for a heavy butter bomb, this ain’t it! Rather, it’s refreshing, and a reasonable 12% alcohol – but has the added benefit of seeing 15 months in used French oak, so it has those haunting barrel aromas, but without any buttery or oaky flavors, so it’s just as great with fish as it is with white meats and vegetarian dishes.
